How to take a screenshots in Mac OS

It’s simple to take a screenshot or screen capture in MacOS. You don’t need a third party app to do it.

You can capture your current active window.

> Cmd + Shit + 3

To select a portion of your active screen.

> Cmd + Shit + 4

Now, drag the pointers to clip the portion you want to capture as a screenshot.

Your screenshot is saved to your desktop by default under the name
